SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
General Shipping Policy – CandyLipz attempts to ship your order within 2-3 business days of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on Friday after 9 AM PST, weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Standard U.S. orders and international orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and International Priority, respectively. Allow 4-7 business days for USA orders and 2-3 weeks for international orders to reach you. In some cases for international destinations, custom clearance may take up to 2-3 weeks to clear your package. This means it may take as long as 6 weeks to get your package in regions such as Brazil, Argentina, and Israel to name a few. Please have patience for international orders.
Important: For international orders, you are responsible for paying all custom fees when you get your package. The fees may range between 15 to 20% of your cost of purchase. After your package is shipped, it will take 4 business days for USPS to send you the tracking number.

We do ship internationally only if we  do not have stockists in those regions. Click on the link below to find your stockists.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION SERVICE
We are not responsible for your stolen package once your package has been delivered to your address. For international orders, once the packages reach your country, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  CandyLipz is  the most wanted product on the market. To make sure you get your package, remember to get the signature confirmation service. If you live in a bad area and do not want to pay a few dollars for this service, we are not responsible your lost package.  Thank you for your understanding.
SHIP ONLY TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!

We only ship to your billing address. All addresses on "billing" and "shipping" must match. If you like to ship to another location, you must send us an email to customercare@candylipz.com. We can change the address for you. Thank you!
