Thienna has been using her lip plumper for 4 years. Based on her personal experiences, her facial features are toner and she also looks years younger than her chronological age. Here are a few tips you can follow while you are using the lip plumper. During your two minutes of lip enhancement session, while the lip pump is attached firmly to your lips, use your lip and mouth muscles to move the lip plumper as follows:
- Exercise 1: Move the pump in circular motion clockwise 10 times and counter clockwise 10 times.
- Exercise 2: Lift the pump upward using your lip and mouth muscles and relax. Do this 10 times.
- Exercise 3: Move the pump to the right 10 times.
- Exercise 4: Move the pump to the left 10 times.
- Rest for a 1 or 2 seconds between each set.
If these exercises are too much for you in the beginning, do 5 reps for each set. If they are very easy for you, do 15 reps each set.
