SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
General Shipping Policy – CandyLipz attempts to ship your order within 2-3 business days of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on Friday after 9 AM PST, weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Standard U.S. orders and international orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and International Priority, respectively. Allow 4-7 business days for USA orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders to reach you. In some cases for international destinations, custom clearance may take up to 2-4 weeks to clear your package. This means it may take as long as 6 to 8 weeks or longer to get your package in regions such as Brazil, Argentina, India, and Israel to name a few. Please have patience for international orders.
Important: For international orders, you are responsible for paying all custom fees when you get your package. The fees may range between 15 to 20% of your cost of purchase. After your package is shipped, it will take 4 business days for USPS to send you the tracking number.

We do ship internationally only if we  do not have stockists in those regions. Click on the link below to find your stockists.
SHIP ONLY TO ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!

We only ship to the credit card holder's address. If you like to ship to another location, you must send us an email to support@candylipz.zendesk.com. We can change the address for you. Thank you!
