SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

General Shipping Policy – CandyLipz attempts to ship your order within 2-3 business days of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on Friday after 9 AM PST, weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.

Allow 4-7 business days for USA orders and 5-14 business-days or longer depending on location for international orders to reach you. 

NOTE

The shipping fee includes the whole service provided which includes picking, packing, materials, and shipping charges.   

In some cases for international destinations, custom clearance may take up to 2-4 weeks to clear your package. This means it may take as long as 6 to 8 weeks or longer to get your package in regions such as Brazil, Argentina, India, and Israel to name a few. Please have patience for international orders.

 

Important: For international orders, you are responsible for paying all custom fees when you get your package. The fees may range between 5% to 50% or more of your cost of purchase. After your package is shipped, it will take 4 business days to get your the tracking number. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We do ship worldwide using DHL, FEDEX, and UPS.
SHIP ONLY TO ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!

We only ship to the credit card holder's address. If you like to ship to another location, you must send us an email to support@candylipz.zendesk.com. We can change the address for you. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship your product to the same billing address that you list on your credit card.  

OTHER CONCERNS

 If you refuse a package, there is a 30% restocking fee and the shipping fee is non-refundable. 

Do not ship your package back to the shipper address. It is a fulfillment center, not a return department. Please send us an email to support@candylipz.zendesk.com to get the correct address. Thank you so much.
